YaRTS is a simple PHP script that allows you to get a number of statistical
information from your Request Tracker installation. RT (Request Tracker) is a
Request Ticketing system that allows help desks and support teams to keep track
of incoming requests. Read more about RT at

RT's regular statistics package is a sophisticated graphical analysis tool - unfortunately, it is much too (!) powerful for small sites that only get a small number of requests. This is where YaRTS jumps in.
YaRTS gives you only very basic, but possibly the most important statistics:
- number of tickets per month
- number of tickets per year
- total number of tickets
- average ticket resolution time per month
- average ticket resolution time per year
- total average ticket resolution time
